Geboren am 27 Oktober 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
Nach der High School begann er sein Biologie-/Medizinstudium, bemerkte jedoch ziemlich schnell seine Vorliebe für die Schauspielerei und machte daraufhin 1974 seinen Abschluss im Fach Schauspiel.
Er ist verheiratet und hat zwei Kinder.
